We ship from Canada. For all orders outside of Canada, please be aware that the recipient, not the store, is responsible for all incurred import duties and customs fees. Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final with the exception of online, shipped orders which can be exchanged for a different size.
Custom calf Muckies are a final sale, as they are made specifically for one individual.
Exchanges/returns on regular price Muckies are subject to 10 day return/exchange policy on in-stock products.
